Connect Account

Connect Freshdesk account to any Contact Form  by simply entering Freshdesk API key.

Fields Mapping

Easily map any Contact Form (CRM Perks forms , Contact form 7 etc) fields to any Freshdesk Object(Ticket, User) fields. All Popular forms are supported.

Primary Key

Instead of creating new object(Ticket, User ), you can update old object by setting Primary Key field.

Multiple Feeds

A Feed determines how data should be sent to Freshdesk. You can create multiple feeds & setup conditions for sending entries to Freshdesk accounts.

Error Reporting

If there is an error while sending data to Freshdesk an email containing the error details will be sent to the specified email.

Freshdesk Logs

View a detailed log of each entry sent (or not sent) to Freshdesk and easily resend an entry to Freshdesk.

Export Logs as CSV

Easily export Freshdesk Logs as a CSV file for forecasting, bookkeeping, and accounting purposes.

Full Synchronization

All local entries are fully synchronized with Freshdesk entries. If you update/delete/restore an entry that entry will be updated/deleted/restored in the Freshdesk.

Filter Entries

By default all entries are sent to the Freshdesk, but you can apply filters & setup rules to limit the entries sent ro Freshdesk.

Send Data As Notes

You can send one to many fields data as Freshdesk entry Note.

Ticket Status and Priority

You can choose a ticket status and priority for new Tickets.
