Easily export Freshdesk Logs as a CSV file for forecasting, bookkeeping, and accounting purposes.

Full Synchronization

All Gravity Forms entries are fully synchronized with Freshdesk entries. If you update/delete/restore an entry that entry will be updated/deleted/restored in the Freshdesk.

Filter Entries

By default all Gravity Forms entries are sent to the Freshdesk, but you can apply filters & setup rules to limit the entries sent to Freshdesk.

Send Data As Notes

You can send one to many Gravity Forms fields data as Freshdesk entry Note.

Ticket Status and Priority

You can choose a ticket status and priority for new Tickets in Freshdesk.
